Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The order (the package) must be sent back independently to our address (KAMAN UG, Langbrühl 4/1, 88709 Hagnau, Germany).
The withdrawal period is fourteen days, From the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
Also note that the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods and that we charge a flat fee of €8.90 for restocking.
Please note the shipping number of your return for safety reasons and keep the receipt of the dispatch so that the course of the shipment can be tracked if necessary.
Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of Payment that you used in the original transaction unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. The proof of return must include the recipient, the return date, and the tracking number of the package. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts unless the parties have agreed otherwise: Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer and Prints in 61x91cm as these have a special size and are manufactured exclusively to order.
